Please read the following refund policies before accessing or using any services made available to the user (the client and visitor) by SMSBangladesh through https://www.smsbangladesh.com or mobile app. By accessing or using the services, the User acknowledges that he/she carefully read and understood whatever has been listed, and the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. Refund Policy:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 7 days of purchasing.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase within 7 to 10 working days as per the time taken by the Payment Gateways, and in case of payment made in the direct account, the refund will be made to the same account within 7 working days

To Apply for a Refund, the client has to make a refund request email to support@smsbangladesh.com.

Note: Refund for any used service is Not Applicable.
